h1. Laws Laws are a codified human society's consensus on behaviour. If law is routinely violated by most people, law must be changed. Not doing so undermines laws' authority. If law authority is undermined, unofficial law forms which shifts the power to its enforcers. This is undesireable for the state. If you don't think law is productive, share opinion about it, organize meetings to gain new supporters, account for present ones for supporters and government. Until you have enough support, avoid publicly violating the law. When you got enough support, publicly violate the law en masse. If most people support the law change but government ignores clear support, demand government change. If government refuses, dismantle the government.
