h1. Win condition A pretender must build a structure made of 20 titanium-reinforced concrete. After building, location is announced and everybody comes to verify it. Hostilities and damaging claimed blocks are forbidden. After structure is verified, everybody except pretender exits the premises and must not enter for five ingame hours. After this point, hostilities and claim damage can resume and pretender must keep the structure intact for 7 ingame days. If any block is missing from the structure, witness announces it, hostilities cease and everybody can verify the damage. After damage is verified, claim to victory is abandoned
